I still have a long way to go and a healthy weight for my height ranges from about 9-11 stone.
Here I am at the beginning of my journey
This is me now
Losing the weight has meant gaining so much confidence. I even took part in a fashion show, wore shorts for the first time in years and have been enjoying a far more active social life. My only regret about the weight loss is that I didn't start sooner!
I have struggled to enjoy my weight loss but not go too off the rails. I get a little carried away at weekend and should probably limit the number of cocktails and hangover breakfasts but you're only young once.
If you have any questions about my weight loss, joining Weight Watchers or anything else feel free to ask in the comments or on twitter. You can contact me on @wherearemyknees or @Gemma_DS
Gem you're stunning! You must be the same height as me as that's my healthy weight. I personally don't want to go as low as 9 stone, i think that's far too low. I was 9st10 before when I first did ww and my sixth form teacher offered me eating disorder conselling!
