Another week done! This year really is flying by. Clocks go forward next week and we are looking forward to the lighter nights giving us more motivation to exercise.

Gemma - -1lb this week, not amazing but I'm going in the right direction. This week hasn't been the best, far too much bread and a few meals out where I had to guess the points but I'm hoping to get back on track and drop a few more lbs before my trip to Manchester over Easter weekend. My best friend joined WW this week and I'm hoping she has a good loss on Tuesday, we will both be able to support each other and share tips and recipes.

Sarah - Am still on Jenny Craig and hoping for a better result when I measure and weigh in tomorrow. I will update my progress over on a million dresses tomorrow morning.

Sarah V - I missed my weigh in this week but think I've stayed the same. I'm still struggling with motivation but am trying to start this week anew with some better habits!

Lucy - I mentioned last week that I was starting weight watchers and my first seven days have gone alright. I fell a little bit off plan on Sunday because I was SO HUNGOVER I WANTED TO DIE, but I had my weekly points that I hadn't used so hopefully it hasn't changed anything too much. I've been told that it's best to eat all of my daily points so I have been trying to, sometimes it's a bit of a struggle and I feel like I'm over-eating! It's my first weigh in tomorrow so we'll see how I've got on - I'm excited.
