Sunday Summary 55

Sorry for missing the Sunday Summary last week got carried away drinking wine and watching The Voice...

Gemma - I lost 2 lbs last week and maintained this week so pretty mixed. After a great start to 2012 I have lost a lot of my motivation and can't seem to control myself at weekends and say no to cake in work. I think I have to be realistic and weigh up what means more to me. Do I want to have fun and not worry about my diet or see results? I have just reached my -75lbs milestone and want to get to -100 by the end of the year. I think that is a pretty realistic goal and will allow for a few slip ups for my birthday and festivals this summer. Have you lost your motivation? Got any tips for getting back on track?

  1. I keep eating strawberries instead!! I'm not on a diet but I do need to stop eating Creme Eggs. X

    1. Creme eggs and mini eggs are evil! Just went to the shop to stock up on fruit for work so I don't cave in and go to the vending machine.

  2. I've lost my motivation a bit where food is concerned. I try to pay attention to how many calories I burn at the gym, then try to think of food in terms of how much effort it'll take to burn off. I try to do this anyway, sometimes I just give in and eat the cake!

      I like that idea, 'Is it worth it?' really need to think about this on weekend when I drink a little too much wine x
